The Creation Of Spxfix

Spxfix

One of the most common reasons that people tend to get a new pair of glasses is that they snap the arm off their current pair of glasses And Break their temple frames.

Replacement glasses can cost hundreds of euro should they get broken, but that might all be about to change thanks to Drogheda man, Lee Monahan and his clever new product ‘Spxfix’.

Lee told The Local papers that he came up with the product two years ago after he spent the some of €1,000 on two sets of glasses only realizing he had broken both pairs.

He was told by the store that they

couldn’t fix his broken pair and that he’d have to buy a full new frame.

Lee asked the store how common is this problem the store responded, every second person that comes in to our store faces the same problem,

This led to lee's light bulb moment and created Spxfix

Frustrated by this, Lee teamed up with Darren Louet-Feisser who helped design Lee’s concept of Spxfix.

It’s a unique product that will help fix your glasses instantly at the very affordable price of just €6.

Spxfix is a rubber armed device that ‘snaps’ the glasses frame arm back into place and holds it as secure as ever, fitting and safely back onto its original glasses frame.

The product is gaining traction amongst high end department stores with Lee telling The Liberal:

We’re a proud growing County Louth company. People who have broken their glasses know exactly how much time, effort and money it takes to get a new pair. We feel that Spxfix has solved that problem.
